Our family fell head over heels in love for the Exumas because it provided a relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in Canada. Exuma offers friendly people and quaint lifestyle that lets you 'chill out'. There are no shopping malls, fast food chains, cruise ships, or stop lights. Exuma has the perfect balance of things to do and see, restaurants, gift shops, sports and an abundance of times when you will feel like doing nothing.


Our first vacation to Exuma was the best vacation we had ever had. We returned refreshed and rejuvenated.


We personally designed and built this home with the rental guest in mind so we offer everything you would need to relax in a well maintained, well designed vacation space.

This property has a perfect location because it is only 8 minutes from the airport. After the stress of flying you breeze through the Georgetown airport, walk 50 paces to pick up your rental car and within an 8 minute drive you are relaxing on the porch, with a cold drink. Don't worry the airplanes are not a disturbance as there are only a handful of flights per day.


The 3 hour flight from Toronto is non-stop with Air Canada on Saturday. There are direct flights also from Atlanta (Delta), Nassau and Miami (AA).
The house is centrally located on the island, close to shopping in Georgetown, restaurants and Sandals golf course.
Did we mention that it is on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach you will ever encounter. With water so clear and warm and of the colour blue that you will never forget.

What makes this House unique

We designed this house to be perfect for larger groups. Whether it is 2 families with kids, 4 couples, or parents, grandparents, and grandchildren. It is large and spacious, has an enormous great room, wrap around porch, comfortable furniture, and all of the things you would need to make wonderful meals, be entertained, relax, conduct business (if you must) and simply feel like you are at home.
