Spacious Rooms and Entertainment Areas
The immaculate house offers a 1100 square foot Great Room with lounging, media and dining areas. There are four-500 square foot, King-size master suites with ensuites that include a combination of walk in showers, soaking tubs and private toileting areas
(see floor plan below) .
Gourmet Kitchen
The gourmet kitchen offers solid surface counters, double refrigerators, dishwasher, induction cooktop and everything needed for preparing great meals. Nearby restaurants and in-house chef services are also available.
Wrap Around Porch Overlooking the Ocean
A 1000 square foot wrap around porch, overlooking the beach, provides outdoor living areas next to the sparkling, warm waters of Exuma where an outdoor Barbeque centre complements the gourmet kitchen.
This is one of the best beaches and houses in Exuma.
There are No hotels or public beach access permitted along our beach which keeps it quiet and private. You are often the only people on the beach but it is still central to all island amenities making this location the most convenient on all of Great Exuma. A car is recommended.
Airport to Cocktail … Within 8 Minutes
Within eight minutes of leaving the airport you will be sipping a cool drink on the white sand beach beside the emerald waters of Tar Bay.
Shallow Water, Soft Sand, Crystal Clear Water
The bay is protected by a reef a mile away and the sandy bottom and shallow waters are safe for kids. The crystal clear waters are ideal for snorkeling and on a calm day- kayaking or paddle boarding is a must. The summer water temperature is 85 degrees.

Luxurious & spacious bedrooms with large private bathrooms ensuite. Beds are firm Sealy IComfort memory foam with designer cotton linens.
Non-Allergen duvets with duvet covers and choice of pillows with varying support.
Twin Beds in suite #4 can be converted to King size, with King Topper, upon request. Designer furniture throughout including exotic canopy beds, wicker, and bamboo styling brings the feel of the tropics indoors.
There is a table in each bedroom and a wall mounted LED flat screen SMART television with cable TV connection.
Black out blinds on the windows allow you to sleep-in after sunrise. A sliding glass door from the beachside suites (#1 and #2) provide direct access to the covered porch overlooking the beach.
All bedrooms have electronic safes for valuables
Garden suites (#3 and #4) have large windows with garden views. these suites are suitable for guests that like to sleep later or for children. Suite 4 has a bathtub.

Perfect for 2 families or 4 couples
The house is well suited for 8 adults with 2 to 4 children depending on the age of the children. Children would sleep in the same room as the parents on the futon couch/bed or in the available portable Pack N Play's. Children are considered under 12 years of age.
The following rates are our standard 2022/23 rates:
- 4 bedroom/8 adults weekly (7 night) rate is $7,900.00 USD.
Additional linen fees for use of futons in each bedroom and for additional guests over 8 (eight) will apply. We do not permit guests to sleep on the sofas in the great room.
- Departure Housekeeping fee of $450.00 will apply.
- Multi-week renters will require a mandatory weekly housekeeping charge of $300.00 for 2 hours of cleaning
- Additional Guest Fee $50 per day, undeclared guests will be charged $100 per day
- Property Damage Insurance $59 (via VRBO reservation)
- Payment by check, bank wire or Credit Card (3% fee applied)
Christmas, New Years and Spring Break are minimum 7 nights, 4 bedrooms, Arrival day for holiday weeks shall be determined by Owner
Direct Daily flights from Toronto, Atlanta, Nassau, Fort Lauderdale and Miami with Air Canada, Delta, American Airlines, Western Air, Bahamas Air.
10% last minute discount offered when booking within 30 days of arrival.
VRBO (Vacation Rental by Owner) accepts credit card payments. Ask about other forms of payment.
Note that VRBO charges a Service Fee of at least $599.00 which is not credited to the Homeowner. All prices in USD.
